"ANTECH – TFA" is a manufacture and supplier of rock bolts for underground mines and tunnel constructions. Along with the basic product of frictional pipe anchor TFA, the firm supplies expansion shell rock bolts and rock dowels KPV for bolting the monorails and other supplementary devices and mine accessories to the rock walls.
The firm also offers consultations about the rock support and rock bolting design.

STRESS AND INJECTIONS ROCK BOLT NIA

The stress and injection rock bolts are made as compound anchors by two type of bonds between rock bolt and rock mass. Mechanical bond caused by expansion shell unit, which induce a prestressing the rock bolt and cohesion bond caused by additional injecting of cement-sandy mixture by use of special made injection head.

Rock bolts NIA are used for supporting the unstable rock masses underground as well as over surface.

Expansion shell anchor unit is made in two types: with 3 shells for more soft rock masses and 6 shells for more hard but heavy jointed rocks.

The rock bolt NIA is installed in preliminary drilled hole by diameter of 51 mm and with length depending on that foreseeing in the project. These rock bolts are not limited by the length because anchor rod is produced as a compound unit and can be assembled rods by different lengths.
Rod diiameter is of 24 mm and allows prestressing the anchor to 200 kN.

    Shell anchor hade is installed and start to work without problems in anchor hole undependable on the anchor length   due to the spring device of the extension shell anchor hade.
    Bearing plate is square convex with dimensions : length of 160 mm , width of 160 mm and thickness of 6 mm.
    Long term application of these type of rock bolts is guarantied by three coats of anticorrosion covering : galvanization ,pain powdered cover and additional injected cement-sandy mixture.
